The "Ouch" Zones (High Pain)
- Ribs & Sternum: Thin skin directly over bone. You will feel the vibration in your skeleton.
- Feet & Ankles: Zero fat cushioning. Sharp, stinging sensation.
- Inner Bicep: Exceptionally sensitive skin that bruises easily.
The "Easy" Zones (Low Pain)
- Outer Shoulder: Tough skin, muscular. Feels like dull scratching.
- Outer Thigh: Very manageable, great for long sessions.
- Forearm: The standard beginner spot for a reason.
